What are your store hours?
We’re open Mon-Thu: 10am-6pm, Fri: 10am-8pm, and Sat: 10am-5pm. We are closed on Sundays and on major holidays

Where are you located?
We are located on Route 13 Sussex highway between Salisbury and Dover. For more detailed directions, click HERE

What brands of furniture do you sell?
We specialize in La-Z-Boy recliners as well as Sealy and Stearns and Foster bedding and mattresses. We also sell products made by Berkline, Clayton Marcus, Hancock and Moore, as well as many others.

Do you offer furniture delivery?
Scott's furniture offers free delivery to the Eastern Shore of Delaware and Maryland with a $750 minimum purchase.

Deliveries to the Eastern Shore of Virginia require a $1000 minimum purchase per delivery, per customer. For delivery details click HERE

Deliveries to Northern New Castle County in Delaware and north of the C&D canal in Maryland require a $1000 minimum purchase per delivery, per customer and $2 per mile one way to be collected at time of sale, prior to delivery.

Deliveries to the Western Shore of Maryland require a $2500 minimum purchase per delivery, per person and $2 per mile one way to be collected at the time of sale, prior to delivery.

We do not deliver beyond the bay bridge tunnel (South)

We do not deliver to Pennsylvania, New Jersey or beyond.

How long can you hold my furniture after purchase?
Due to increased sales volume and limited warehouse space, we can no longer hold merchandise for any longer then sixty days. Items purchased and not needed for more then sixty days can be ordered. In most cases the sales price can be rain checked. Please notify your sales associate of a “need by date” or a “don’t want until date” so we may plan the arrival, delivery, or pick up of your order accordingly.

All one of a kind, close out and clearance items must be delivered or picked up within thirty days of the date the item is purchased.

What is your policy on retuning furniture after purchase?
All return merchandise for credit is subject to the following:
a) Item is in normal, salable condition.
b) Item is not in home over seven (7) days.
c) Item is not smoky or dirty and does not show any signs of use.
d) Item is returned for credit only- credit will not include pick-up fees or Fabricoate.
e) No returns after seven days.

Do you offer financing?
We offer financing on purchases through American Dream from American General Finance.

Your credit information will be held in the strictest of confidence by your salesperson. Your personal information will be kept private. We will not give any of your information to anyone for any reason.

The financial institutions may use your information to solicit future business from you.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
